• Attempt to breach or disrupt our website or digital infrastructure.
• Copy, modify, or resell our materials without written consent.

4. Payments & Refunds: All payments for services must be made as per the agreed proposal or contract.

• Refund Policy: Since our services involve strategic consultation and execution, payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Invoices: Dynavate reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment or delayed payments.

5. Intellectual Property:

All creative materials, ad copies, strategies, designs, and written content created by Dynavate remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred via written agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities:

Clients must provide accurate business information, creative approvals, and timely feedback. Dynavate is not responsible for delays resulting from client inaction or incorrect data.

7. Confidentiality: 

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared information, strategies, and data during and after the business relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability:

Dynavate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data resulting from the use of our services.

9. Termination:

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice as per the terms of the signed agreement. Outstanding dues must be settled before termination.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Vadodara, Gujarat courts.
